It’s the end of November again, and that means the voting for the Snob 2000, an initiative by Ondergewaardeerde Liedjes and Pinguin Radio, is open! This is your last weekend to vote for songs by Chabliz!
Visit the Snob 2000 webpage and type in Chabliz. You’ll see four songs: Nightporter, New Dawn Fades, Moon, and Bite My Tongue. You can vote for 2 of these songs, as you’re only allowed to vote for a maximum of 2 songs per band. After that, you need to select at least 3 songs by other bands (you can choose more if you like—it’s fun!—but remember: a maximum of 2 songs per band).
At the bottom of the page, you can also add free song choices if your favorite track isn’t listed. However, we don’t recommend doing this for Chabliz, as there’s a good chance your vote might get lost in the crowd. But it might work for more well-known, non-underground bands.
Why is this important to us? Among the audience of the Snob 2000, there are many people who share a similar taste in music to ours but may not have discovered our music yet. This is the perfect place for them to get to know Chabliz. By voting our songs into the Snob 2000, our tracks will be played on the radio and included in the Snob 2000 playlists on Spotify. This not only means more airplay but also that music lovers and booking agents will get to hear our music.
